2. Give Us The Specs
We try to collect as much info as possible at the beginning of the process to deliver your custom transfer sheets as soon as possible. There are two ways you can tell us about your project:
SEND US A NEW CUSTOM TRANSFER SHEET REQUEST
Use our request form to select your colors, select a mould style preference, and submit any associated artwork for the project.
OR REORDER YOUR EXISTING DESIGN
E-mail us at artist@chefrubber.com, with your sku# if possible, the number of sheets needed, and your complete contact and account information.
Note – If you’re going to provide artwork for your design, we’ll need an .ai, .eps or .pdf version of the art file.
*Don’t forget to tell us right away when you need your transfer sheets!
TERMS: All transfer sheet orders are to be prepaid. SHIPPING: Shipping charges are an additional charge that will be added to your order total when your order is shipped. Chef Rubber can ship collect via either UPS or FedEx. Please provide your account number for either UPS or FedEx when finalizing your order. When purchasing transfer sheets, you assume the risk of heat damage. Chef Rubber strongly recommends using Next Day shipping to reduce the chance of heat damage to the transfer sheets. Chef Rubber will not accept responsibility for heat damage if Next Day shipping is not chosen. Chef Rubber does everything it can to ensure that when your transfer sheets leave our dock, they are in perfect condition and packed to withstand the journey based on the shipping method selected. What happens between our dock and your kitchen is out of our control.

Chef Rubber can provide SAME DAY SERVICE for production of custom transfer sheets for an added fee.
3. Design & Approval Process
Chef Rubber will design your transfer sheet based on your request. An artwork approval sheet and a transfer sheet approval form will be prepared and emailed to you.
After you receive and review the proof and approval sheet, sign and email it back so we can get the production process started.
4. Production
Our lead time is approximately 7-10 business days, but can be longer during the holidays.
Once completed, the order will be shipped. You will receive an email with your invoice and tracking number.
5. Shipping & Recieving
When your transfer sheets arrive, please put them in a cool place to ensure the package and sheets are at working temperature before opening the package. Do not open the package if it feels warm. Open the package to reduce the vacuum seal, inspect the sheets and then store your sheets in a cool, dark place.
