STEP 1

Fill out our online form to Register an International Account.

STEP 2

Once your form is submitted, our International Accounts team will create your account and then provide you with log-in credentials.

STEP 3

Log into your on-line account and build your order. Proceed to the shopping cart and start the checkout process. Once on the payment page, select the option to SAVE AS QUOTE to submit your order request. DO NOT attempt to pay for your order by Credit Card as it will not be processed.

You will use this same process every time you place an order with Chef Rubber.

STEP 4

Order requests will be processed into revised quotes with the order total including the approximate shipping cost, not including fees of destination country. Revised quotes will be emailed to the email account on file. An email can be sent to [email protected] if a revised quote is never received.

STEP 5

Payment is sent by bank wire or ACH and received by Chef Rubber. Partial bank details will be sent with quotes. Account number can be requested verbally by calling 1-702-614-9350.

STEP 6

Order will be picked, packed and shipped as quickly as possible. A final invoice will be emailed with tracking information when the order is shipped. Status of order can also be reviewed in your on-line account.
