Pooneh Yamini is as passionate about the craft of French pâtisserie and chocolate confectionery as she is dedicated to sharing her knowledge with others. Founder of Mon Rêve Chocolate Art Studio in the San Francisco Bay Area, Pooneh specializes in teaching small groups to create artisanal delicacies through workshops and private events. Whether virtual or in-person, you are sure to make joyful memories in the most delectable way!

Inspired by the fine art and delicious taste of French pâtisserie, Iranian-native Pooneh attended extensive workshops at L’École Ritz Escoffier and L’École Lenôtre in Paris, as well as Le Cordon Bleu in London, before completing the Intensive Professional Pastry Program at the renowned L’École Ferrandi. She continued her training at the Hôtel Plaza Athénée in Paris, where the celebrated Michelin starred chef Alain Ducasse commands the culinary scene, and ultimately honed her chocolate-making skills learning from world master chocolatiers such as Melissa Coppel and Kriss Harvey.

Today, Pooneh is thrilled to share the jewels of her trade in a much simplified and easy to replicate manner.
