Baking is Jacqui Pfeiffer’s passion. He comes from a long lineage of bakers in his family. He started learning the craft at a very young age, in his father’s kitchen. That’s where he learned that, when you can make a beautiful croissant or a baguette, you bring joy and happiness to others.
What drives him in life is not just to be the best at his craft, but also to share his passion with others. He co-founded The French Pastry School in Chicago 25 years ago, and together with his partner Chef Sébastien, they have trained thousands of professional pastry chefs so they, in turn, can bring joy and happiness to many more people.
